Dana Lea is the Senior Manager of Civil Society Engagement at Endeavors, a Texas-based nonprofit. Dana manages engagement for the Endeavors’ Migrant Services team providing sheltering of migrant families and children at the Southwest border.  She previously has over seven years of experience in the local refugee resettlement field coordinating community engagement, advocacy, fundraising and development, strategic marketing and communications, and cultural integration of families and individuals. Dana has a passion for international development and an intrigue for learning about other cultures which is displayed through her studies and work.

She graduated from Southern Methodist University with a B.A. in International Studies and Human Rights and received her Master's from the University of Kentucky's Patterson School of Diplomacy and International Commerce in 2016. She has lived in both Ghana and South Korea, and enjoys traveling to unique locations around the globe. Dana also volunteers with DC-based organizations, KAMA DC which provides a platform for immigrants in the DMV to teach classes and build community ties, and the Immigration Film Festival.
