Heather L. Pusey serves as the Budget Officer for the Martin and Patterson Schools at the University of Kentucky. With a strong foundation in accounting and financial operations, Heather brings extensive experience in budget management, fiscal planning, and administrative support. She holds a Bachelor of Business from Eastern Kentucky University.
