Dr. Charalambakis holds a Ph.D. in Economics and an MBA with an emphasis on macro-trends and financial markets. He has been a Professor of Economics and Finance, as well as an advisor on asset allocation, for over twenty years. He has worked as a consultant for government agencies, corporations, and non-profit groups in several countries, including providing support to the Congressional Financial Crisis Inquiry Commission. He is the author The Fed, the Markets, and the Metamorphosis of the Business Cycle: A Christian Perspective (Asbury, 2002) and numerous articles related to economics, finance, and investments. Dr. Charalambakis is also the Managing Director of the BlackSummit Financial Group.

Faculty Spotlight: Dr. John Charalambakis

Dr. John Charalambakis is the Managing Director for the BlackSummit Financial Group Inc. He advises organizations, corporations, families, non-profits and government entities operating in several countries. His knowledge has resulted in him assisting the Congressional Financial Crisis Inquiry Commission with research on the causes of the financial crisis.
